BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1.

Amend ordinance passed 6-8-05, page 50290 which reads W. Lake St. (ns) fap 30' west of N. Racine Ave. tap 50' west thereof by striking 50' and inserting 25' - Loading Zone, 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M./TowZone, 10-01590199 (PO2010-5333) (27^th Ward);

SECTION 2.

Repeal ordinance passed 7-30-08, page 34905 which reads W. Montrose Ave. (ns) fap 25' west of N. Melvina Ave. tap 29' west thereof -15 Minute Loading Zone, Use Flashing Lights/Tow Zone after 15 Minutes, 1:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday Tow Zone by striking the above, (PUBLIC BENEFIT) (02011-226) (38* Ward);

SECTION 3.
