Repeal Loading Zone

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Repeal ordinance passed 9-1-1991 on page 5018 which reads, W. Ontario Street (north side) 355 feet east of North Kingsbury Street, to a point 70 feet east thereof - no parking - loading zone / tow away zone - at all times (91-0776).

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.

Amendment Of Loading Zones.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Repeal ordinance passed December 14, 1988, page 21500, by striking:

^,rWest Fullerton Avenue (south side) from a point 100 feet west of North Meade Avenue, to a point 145 feet west thereof -- loading zone (91-0495)".

SECTION 2. Amend ordinance passed June 7, 1990, page 16727 which reads:

"North Kenmore Avenue (east side) from a point 105 feet south of West Bryn Mawr Avenue, to a point 50 feet south thereof'

by striking:

"to a point 50 feet south thereof

and inserting in lieu thereof:

"to a point 80 feet south thereof (91-0224)".

SECTION 3. Amend ordinance passed May 10, 1989, page 850, West Ontario Street (north side) from a point 355 feet of North Kingsbury Street, to a point 25 feet east thereof - no parking - loading zone -- at all times, by striking the above and inserting in lieu thereof:

"West Ontario Street (north side) 355 feet east of North Kingsbury Street, to a point 70 feet east thereof -- noparking — loading zone/tow-away zone - at all times (91-0776)".

SECTION 4. Amend ordinance passed September 15, 1970, page 3688, West Superior Street (south side) from a point 35 feet east of North Green Street, to a point 75 feet east thereof by striking:
