Repeal Loading Zone
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Repeal ordinance passed heretofore which reads, West Ontario Street (north side) from a point 487 feet west of North Sedgwick Street, to a point 38 feet west thereof—loading zone - 5:00 P.M. to 12:00 P.M. -all days (06-00444889).
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.

point 20 feet south of West Irving Park Road, to a point 55 feet south thereof — loading zone - 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. -Monday and Tuesday — tow-away zone (06-01448497);
42 West Ontario Street (north side) from a
point 487 feet west of North Sedgwick Street, to a point 38 feet west thereof — loading zone - 5:00 P.M. to 12:00 P.M. -all days (06-00444889);
49 West Howard Street (south side) from a
point 20 feet east of North Oakley Avenue, to a point 36 feet east thereof — disabled loading zone — 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. — Monday through Saturday ~ tow-away zone (06-02231944).
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
Amendment Of Loading Zones.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Amend ordinance passed November 30, 2005 (Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago, page 62500) which reads:
"East 83rd Street (north side) from a point 60 feet west of South Cottage Grove Avenue, to a point 38 feet west thereof — 15 minute loading zone — 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. - Monday through Saturday"
by striking:
"15 minute loading zone"
