ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Bl-2 Neighborhood Shopping District, as shown on Map 13-1 in the area bounded by:
North Western Avenue, a line 290.90 feet South of West Bryn Mawr Avenue, the alley West of and parallel to North Western Avenue, and a line 266 feet South of West Bryn Mawr Avenue.
To those of B3-2 Community Shopping District
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
