BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That v the Commissioner of Building, Executive Director of Construction and Permits, the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Water Management, the Commissioner of Fire, and the Director of the Department of Revenue are hereby authorized and directed to issue all necessary special' event permits and licenses, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinance of the City of Chicago'to the contrary,

For:  27^th Annual Fiestas Patronales Puertorriquehas

To be held:  Tuesday,  June 14,  2011 thru Sunday,   June 19, 2011

On the premises known as:  Humboldt Park  (Luis Munoz Marine Dr)

Said special event shall e held exclusively for not-for-profit and related purposes and shall not be otherwise used with a view to profit.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
