ORDINANCE

(WATER/SEWER RATES) Refund Request

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to refund water/sewer assessments in the amount of S813.50 to the Catholic Bishop of Chicago, assessed against Our Lady of Lourdes School, 1449 S. Keeler Ave., Chicago, IL 60623, PIN 16-22-219-016, Account No. 442562.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
