BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District and B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 11-M in the area bounded by

West Lawrence Avenue; North Austin Avenue; a line 90.55 feet north of and parallel to West Giddings Street; a line 129.08 feet west of and parallel to North Austin Avenue; a line 56.43 feet north of and parallel to West Giddings Street; a line 248.32 feet west of and parallel to North Austin Avenue; a line 78.52 feet north of and parallel to West Giddings Street; a line 152.9 feet west of and parallel to North Austin Avenue; a line 149.08 feet south of and parallel to West Lawrence Avenue; a line 259 feet west of and parallel to North Austin Avenue,

to those of an RS2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District. SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
