■K SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE - A7695 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Business Planned Development No. 978 symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 14-F and 14-G in the area bounded by

West 59^th Street; the alley next east of South Halsted Street; the alley next north of West 60^m Street; a line 247.95 feet east of South Halsted Street; West 60^th Street; the alley next east of South Halsted Street; a line 99.40 south of West 60^th Place; South Halsted Street; West 61^sr Street; the alley next west of South Halsted Street; a line 200 feet south of West 60^th Street; South Green Street; West 60^th Street; and the alley next west of South Halsted Street,

to those of a B3-2 Community Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
