CITY COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 13, 2011 SENIOR CITIZEN SEWER REBATES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 3-1 2-050 of the Municipal Code

of Chicago,   56 senior citizens, listed below, are hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar (each) ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the year 2011.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
