BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCiL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Director of the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, the Director of the Mayor's Office of Special Events, the Commissioner of Buildings, the Commissioner of the Department of Environment and the Director of Revenue, are hereby directed to issue all necessary permits, all on-site inspection fees, all plan review fees, street closure fees, food vendor fees and itinerant merchant license fees free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, to the American Brain Tumor Association 4^th Annual 5K Run/Walk, on May 14, x 2011, on the 1400 block of Museum Campus Drive.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication. _
