(WATER/SEWER RATES) Cancel Assessments

i BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

i SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the

i Commissioner of the Department of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to ; cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other | ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against St. Sylvester Convent, !2915W. Palmer St., Chicago, IL 60647, PIN 13-36-110-003, Account No. 441604.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
