(WATER/SEWER RATES) Cancel Assessments

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to

[cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against St. Wenceslaus Rectory,
