! BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the ^! Commissioner of the Department Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to \ cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other ! ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against St. Wenceslaus School, ;3429 N. Lawndale, Chicago, IL 60618, PIN 13-23-315-002, Account No. 441271.

! SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it's

!passage.
