(WTER/SEWER RATES) Cancel Assessments

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

| SECTION 1.   Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the

: Commissioner of the Department Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to ! cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other | ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against Our Lady of Grace Convent, ;2454 N. Ridgeway, Chicago, IL 60647, PIN 13-26-327-023, 024, Account No. 441720.

! SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it's
