(WATER /SEWER RATES) Cancel Assessments

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the ! Commissioner of the Department Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to : cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other | ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against Our Lady of Grace Rectory, 2457 N. Hamlin, Chicago, IL 60647, PIN 13-26-327-001, Account No. 441758.

; SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it's
