; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

; SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the

I Commissioner of the Department Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to I cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other [ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against Our Lady of Grace ! Church/School, 2434 N. Ridgeway, Chicago, IL 60647, PIN 13-26-327-016, 032-033 Account : No. 443466.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it's

passage.
