I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

' SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the

Commissioner of the Department of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to ; cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other | ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against St. John Berchmans ! School, 2503 W. Logan, Chicago, IL 60647, PIN 13-25-421-001, Account No. 441632. i

¹ SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
