BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

! SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the

I Commissioner of the Department Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to [cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other i ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against St. Wenceslaus Church, 13417 N. Lawndale, Chicago, IL 60618, PIN 13-23-315-002, Account No. 441272.

¹ SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it's

ipassage.
