\ (WATER/SEWER RATES) \ Cancel Assessments

; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

J SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the

; Commissioner of the Department Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all assessments as of the effective date of this ordinance, notwithstanding other ! ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against St. Sylvester Rectory, 12155-57 N. Humboldt, Chicago, IL 60647, PIN 13-36-110-001, Account No. 428643.

! SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it's

! passage.
