BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings, the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Water, the Commissioner of Sewers, the Commissioner of Fire, and the Director of revenue are hereby directed to issue all necessary special event permits and licenses, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances ofthe City of Chicago to the contrary.

To Be Held: June 16 through June 19, 2011

On the premises known as: 3141 N. Mason Ave.

Said special event shall be held exclusively for not-for-profit and related purposes and shall not be otherwise used with a view to profit.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
