BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings, the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Streets & Sanitation, the Commissioner of Fire, the Commissioner of Sewers, the Commissioner of Water and the Director of Department Business Affairs & Licensing, are hereby directed to issue all necessary special event permits and licenses, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary

To: St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church

For: Carnival

To be Held: August 5-7, 2011

On the Premises Known as: 3721 W. 62^nd Street

Said special event shall be used exclusively for not-for-profit related purposes and shall not be otherwise used with a view to profit.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
