BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Edward Lee Swanigan / Fats Auto Repairs of 806 South Tripp Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise
