Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. That the ordinances (02010-5482 and 02010-5483) introduced by Alderman O'Connor (40^th Ward) on November 3,2010 to exempt Asian Human Services and the Center for Seniors, respectively, from city fees under their not-for-profit status and printed on page 105097 of the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago are hereby corrected by deleting the words: "pehod" and "October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010" for Asian Human Services appearing in the 15^th and 16^th printed lines from the top of the page and inserting in lieu thereof the words: "period" and "October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2012" and by deleting the word: "pehod" appearing in the 17^th printed line from the top of the page for the Center for Seniors and inserting in lieu thereof the word "period".

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect after its passage.
