TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL:

Your Committee on Special Events and Cultural Affairs having had under consideration to Issue all necessary permits, all on-site inspection fees, all plan review fees, Grant Permission and Itinerant Merchant, for the "H20 Plus Warehouse Sale", which will be held June 11, 2011 between the hours 7am-3pm; located at 845 W. Madison Street, Chicago, IL. Direct Introduction Twenty-Seventh Ward (27)

The Committee beg leave to recommend that your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed event which was submitted on April 6, 2011 at the Committee on Special Events and Cultural Affairs meeting.

This recommendation was concurred by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting vote.
