RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called James Crane to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by Alderman Frank J. Olivo; and

WHEREAS, The beloved father of James, Kimberly (Vince), Michael and Ronald (Marilyn), cherished companion of Arlene, former husband of Cathleen, dearest grandfather and great-grandfather of many, fond brother of William, James Crane leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this thirteenth day of April, 2011, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of James Crane and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of James Crane.
