AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO, ILLINOIS APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CHICAGO CENTRAL PARK TAX INCREMENT FINANCING REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND PLAN

WHEREAS, under ordinances adopted on February 27, 2002 and published in the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago for such date (the "Journal of Proceedings") at pages 79794-80025, and under the provisions of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4.1 et sea., as amended (the "Act"), the City Council (the "Corporate Authorities") of the City of Chicago (the "City"): (i) approved a redevelopment plan and project (the "Redevelopment Plan") dated September 25, 2001 and including Revision January 28,2002 (Amendment No. 1) for a portion of the City known as the "Chicago Central Park Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area" (the "Redevelopment Project Area") (such ordinance being defined in this Ord...
