(CANCEL WARRANT) Ramp Permit Fee

ORDERED,      That the Director of Business Affairs and Licensing, the Director of Revenue and the City Comptroller are hereby authorized and directed to cancel warrant for collection for annual ramp permit fee for the amount of $400.00, permit number 1069256, time period of April 9, 2011 through April 8, 2012, for their premises located at 3651 West George Street, Chicago, Illinois.

This order shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
