BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel existing assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago, to the contrary, assessed against:
