ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Cl-1 Neighborhood Commercial District, as shown on Map 3-K in the area bounded by:
West Division Street, a line 443.68 feet West of North Keeler Avenue, the alley North of and parallel to West Division Street, and a line 213.54 feet West of North Keeler Avenue.
To those of Bl-3 Neighborhood Shopping District and then to a Planned Btoit Development.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
