BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICA GO:
SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 17-0 in the area bounded by
a line 163.3 feet northwest of the intersection of North Northwest Highway and North Oketo Avenue, as measured along the southerly right-of-way line of North Northwest Highway and perpendicular thereto; North Northwest Highway; a line 113.3 feet northwest of the intersection of North Northwest Highway and North Oketo Avenue, as measured along the southerly right-of-way line North Northwest Highway and perpendicular thereto; and the alley next southwest of and parallel to North Northwest Highway
to those of a RT-4.5 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
