BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe Ml-1 Light Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-1 in the area bounded by
West Addison Street; North Rockwell Street; a line 174.98 feet south of and parallel to West Addison Street; a line 338.38 feet west of and parallel to North Rockwell Street to a point 50 feet east of the easterly dock line of the North Branch of the Chicago River to a line 174 feet south of and parallel to West Addison street; a line for a distance of 72.77 feet north (as measured along a point 50 feet east and parallel ofthe Easterly dock line ofthe North Branch of the Chicago River) and north ofthe line 338.38 feet west of and parallel to North Rockwell Street and 174 feet south of West Addison Street; a line 157.99 feet east of easterly dock line of the North Branch ofthe Chicago River to a point 20 feet south of and parallel to West Addison Street; a line 20 feet south of and parallel to West Addison Street and 259.01 feet west of and parallel to North Rockwell Street
to those of a C2-2 Motor Vehicle Related Commercial District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
