REPEAL RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONE 109

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Repeal the ordinance heretofore passed which established residential permit parking zone 109 on portions of W. Cermak Road from S. Wood Street to S. Wolcott Avenue (1801 to 1843 and 1802 to 1842 W. Cermak Road).

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and due publication.
