BE IT ORDANINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Water Management are hereby authorized and directed to cancel existing assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances ofthe City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against Washington Smith 2315 West 112^th Place, Chicago, Illinois 60643
