ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the POS-2 symbols as shown on Map Number 5-K for all the publicly owned property located in the area generally bounded by:
North Kildare Avenue; the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad right-of-way; a line 575 feet north of and parallel to West Wabansia Avenue; the public alley next west of and parallel to North Tripp Avenue; and West Wabansia Avenue;
to the designation of RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.
SECTION 2.
Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols in the area described in Section 1 above and by changing all of the symbols and indications shown as Institutional Planned Development Number 808 as shown on Map Number 5-K, both properties described in the area bounded by:
North Kostner; the southerly right of way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad; the east right of way line of North Kildare Avenue; a line 575 feet north of and parallel to West Wabansia Avenue; West Wabansia Avenue.
to those of Institutional Planned Development Number 808, as amended, subject to the use and bulk regulations set forth in the Plan of Development attached hereto and made a part hereof.
