BERGER FINANCIAL SERVICES, C/O REALTY & MORTGAGE COMPANY Acct. No. 88015-2 Permit No. 1094717
Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to BERGER FINANCIAL SERVICES, C/O REALTY & MORTGAGE COMPANY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use five (5) Fence(s) for beautification purposes on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1100 N. Dearborn St
Said Fence(s) at N. Dearborn measure(s):
One (1) at seventy point six six (70.66) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of seventy point six six (70.66) square feet.
Said Fence(s) at N. Dearborn measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred four point one six (104.16) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of one hundred four point one six (104.16) square feet.
Said Fence(s) at E. Maple measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred forty-five (145) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of one hundred forty-five (145) square feet.
Said Fence(s) at E. Maple measure(s):
One (1) at fifty-five point six six (55.66) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of fifty-five point six six (55.66) square feet.
Said Fence(s) at E. Maple measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-one (61) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of sixty-one (61) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
