AMEND - TRAFFIC LANE - TOW/AWAY ZONE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.

Repeal ordinance which reads S. Halsted St. (es) fap 40' north of W. 22^nd PI. tap 40' south of W. 22^nd PI. and from W. 23^rd St. tap 80' north thereof - Tow Zone by striking the above AND ALSO S. Halsted St. (ws) fap 20' south of W. 22^nd PI. to W. Cermak St. - Tow Zone by striking the above, 10-01308751 (PO2010-4807) (25^th Ward);

SECTION 2.

Amend ordinance passed 12-12-07, which reads N. Dayton St. (es) fap 50' south of W. Eastman St. tap 25' south thereof -15 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights/Tow Zone, 7:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday by striking 50', 25' & 5:30 P.M. and inserting 47', 60' & 4:30 P.M., 11-00042167 (02010-7056) (32^nd Ward);

SECTION 3.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
