Your Committee on Traffic Control and Safety, to which were referred (September 8, October 6, November 10, December 8, 2010, January 13, and March 9, April 13, 2011) proposed ordinance and orders to erect traffic warning signs and signals, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances and orders submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
