SPEED LIMITATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 070 of the Municipal
Code of Chicago, it shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to operate
such vehicle at a greater speed than is indicated upon the streets or other public
ways designated within the limits specified:

35 N. Christiana Ave. from N. Elston Ave. to W. Irving Park Rd. - 25 mph,
11-0034620 (Or2010-1232);
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its
passage and publication.

Your Committee on Traffic Control and Safety, to which were referred (December 8, 2010) proposed orders to establish speed limitations, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
