CITY COUNCIL May 4, 2011

TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL:

Your Committee on Special Events and Cultural Affairs having had under consideration to Issue all necessary permits, all on-site inspection fees, all plan review fees, Grant Permission free of charge, to Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce to hold a sidewalk sale from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on May 14 & 15, 2011. Direct Introduction Thirty-Second Ward (32)

The Committee beg leave to recommend that your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed event which was submitted on May 4, 2011 at the Committee on Special Events and Cultural Affairs meeting.

This recommendation was concurred by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting vote.
