AMEND 15 MINUTE STANDING ZONE - USE FLASHING LIGHTS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

Section 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council to on July 8, 1998, page 72983 of the Journal of the Proceedings of said date, establishing West Ontario Street (north side) from a point 100 feet east of North Franklin Street, to a point 75 feet east thereof-15 minute standing zone- unattended vehicles must have lights flashing-tow-away zone after 15 minutes - except from 3:00p.m. to 6:30p.m.- Monday through Friday (tow away zone) - at all times (98-0545) in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

15 minute standing zone- unattended vehicles must have lights flashing-tow-away zone after 15 minutes - except from 3:00p.m. to 6:30p.m.-Monday through Friday (tow away zone) - at all times

and inserting in lieu thereof

15 Minute Loading Zone except from 3:00p.m. to 6:30p.m.- Monday through Friday (tow away zone) - at all times

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
