BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single Family District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 12-H in area bound by
A line 99 feet West of and parallel to South Hoyne Avenue, the alley next North and parallel to 51st Street, a line 74 feet West of and parallel to South Hoyne Avenue, West 51st Street.
to those of a Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
