(FREE PERMITS)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   That the Commissioner of Buildings, the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, the Commissioner of Environment, the Commissioner of Fire, the Commissioner of Water Management, Commissioner of Housing and Economic Development, Zoning Administrator, Director of Revenue and the Director of Business Affairs and Consumer Protectidn, are hereby directed to issue all necessary special event permits and licenses, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, to St. Genevieve Catholic Church and School (all festival participants and applicants) for the St. Genevieve's 2011 Carnival to be held June 2, June 3, June 4 and June 5,2011 on the premises known as 4854 W. Montana (at Montana and Lamon) and 4835 W. Altgeld. Said special event shall be held exclusively for not-for-profit related purposes and shall not be otherwise used with a view to profit.

SECTION 2.   This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
