ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the area described in Section 2 and Section 3 of this ordinance is adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and the near the area.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code ofChicago is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language as a new subsection 4-60-022 (43.64), as follows:
4-60-022 Restrictions on additional licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional license shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic liquor, for consumption on the premises within the following areas:
(43.64) On Geneva Terrace from Webster Avenue to Belden Avenue (both sides).
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language as a new subsection 4-60-023 (43.5), as follows:
4-60-023 Restrictions on Additional Package Goods Licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional package goods licenses shall be issued for any premises located with the following areas:

(43.5) On the east side of Lincoln Avenue, from Armitage Avenue to Webster Avenue;
(43.6) On Webster Avenue from Orchard Street to Cleveland Avenue (both sides);
(43.7) On Geneva Terrace from Webster Avenue to Belden Avenue (both sides).

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. I _
