BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings, the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, the Commissioner of Transportation, the Commissioner of Water Management, the Commissioner of Fire, the Commissioner of Business Affairs & Consumer Protection, the Commissioner of Public Health, the Executive Director of Mayor's Office of Special Events, the City Comptroller and the Director of Revenue are hereby authorized and directed to issue all necessary special event permits and licenses, free of charge, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City ofChicago to the contrary,

To be held:   August 12, 2011 through August 14, 2011
On the Premises known as: 2651 South Central Park Avenue
Said special event shall be held exclusively for not-for-profit and related purposes and shall not be otherwise used with a view to profit.
SECTION2. The St. Aenes of Bohemia shall be entitled to a refund of City fees, which it has paid and to which it is exempt pursuant to Section one (1) of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its Passage and Publication.
