ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the CI-1 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-1 in the area bounded by

North Milwaukee Avenue; West St. Georges Court; a line 122.25 feet south of and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue (as measured along the northwesterly right-of-way of West St. Georges Court); the northwesterly right-of-way of C.T.A.; the public alley next northwesterly and parallel to West St. Georges Court; the public alley next southwesterly and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue; a line 249 feet northwesterly of and parallel to West St. Georges Court,

to those of an Ml-1 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District. SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
