BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   Pursuant to Section 4-84-040 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following establishment, which is not operated for gain, is hereby exempted from payment of the annual Retail Food License Fee (Code: 1006) for the term beginning May 16, 2009 and ending May 16, 2013.
