ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the extension of existing residential permit parking zone # 219 to include the   5100   blocks of North Albany Avenue, from West Foster Avenue to West Winona Street, on west side of the street, at all times. Sunday thru Saturday. (Petition Attached)
