ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the extension of existing residential permit parking zone # 219 to include the   3100    blocks of West Foster Avenue, from North Troy Street to North Albany Avenue, on south side of the street, at all times. Sunday thru Saturday. (Petition Attached)
