Your Committee on Human Relations, for which a meeting was held on June 7, 2011, having had under consideration one appointment introduced by Mayor Rahm Emanuel on May 18, 2011, this being the appointment of Mona Noriega as member and chairperson of the Commission on Human Relations, effective immediately and expiring July 1, 2011, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body Approve said appointment transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by a via voce vote of all committee members present with no dissenting votes.
