RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED, That Alderman Ray Suarez be and hereby is elected Vice-Mayor of the City Council of the City of Chicago for the 2011 - 2015 term.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the position shall become vacant if the Vice-Mayor elected ceases to be a member of the City Council.
